The spray suppressant effect is obtained by using a stiff mesh embedded in a solid reinforced backing. This traps spun off water from the tyres, greatly reducing spray.
Tough, yet flexible at low temperatures Exspray is UV resistant and exceeds the requirement of BS AU 200/2A and has been awarded the Kitemark (7485).
