Delivery
We deliver (Often next working day) to the UK Mainland.
  • Free delivery on all orders over £45 plus VAT.
  • Orders below £45 plus VAT will attract a carriage charge of £12.75 plus VAT
If you need delivery to somewhere not on the UK Mainland, please contact sales@stedall.co.uk prior to placing your order.
 
Delivery Condition
Damage or discrepancy must be notified in WRITING immediately on receipt of goods.
 
Non Delivery
Non delivery must be advised in writing within 14 days of invoice date. Claims outside of this period will not be accepted.
 
Returns
Contact sales@stedall.co.uk. Returns cannot be accepted unless agreed by the company and the appropriate Collection note issued. The items must be in unused condition and have the original packaging. If found faulty within twelve calendar months of invoice date, the goods will be replaced free of charge, providing they have not been altered or tampered with in any way.
 
What are Product References?

Product references are the part number that we use to identify the products that we sell to our customers. Also sometimes known as SKUs. They are fully searchable on our website. Please use our part numbers if applicable in any correspondence. We have also listed the relevant approval certificates. Download a PDF

Can I get a Trade Account?

Yes, you can get a trade account if you have a physical account with us in Bristol. This is of course subject to status and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please contact our accounts department at accounts@stedall.co.uk to get an application form.
