Stainless Steel Security Pin Hinge

Part No.: 1730-1

Overview

•Stainless Steel Security Pin Hinges aka “Dog Bolt Hinges” prevent the removal of the door leaf if the hinge knuckle is attacked.  It’s a specialised door hinge with an integrated security feature: a welded protruding stud (the “dog bolt”) that engages into a corresponding recess on the frame when the door is closed. This prevents the door from being lifted off even if someone removes or tampers with the hinge pins. It’s a simple yet highly effective security enhancement. These hinges are particularly effective on outward-opening perimeter doors where the hinge knuckle is located externally.
• Maintenance-free
• 304 Grade of Stainless Steel Hinge.
